Start your return process

We accept returns 30 days after the shipment has been shipped to the sender. Scan the QR inside your package to start your return process. After the 30 day window we cannot accept the package back and we can not refund your payment. PLEASE NOTE: ANY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED AND USED CAN NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS SPOKEN WITH NELLY'S COSMETICS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU'RE TOLD OTHER WISE. :)
