Youth Biz Events
YouthBiz is a growing youth entrepreneurship organization dedicated to helping children and young adults ages 5 to 22 launch, grow, and succeed in business. Through pop-up events, community partnerships, and marketplace opportunities, we give young entrepreneurs a platform to showcase their products, make real sales, and build confidence. While selling online is valuable, learning how to present a brand, explain pricing, and connect with customers face-to-face is what truly develops an entrepreneurial mindset.
In addition to our events, YouthBiz offers educational workshops where participants learn how to build their own websites, start and legally structure a business, develop marketing strategies, understand the basics of investing in both their businesses and the stock market, and gain practical financial and leadership skills for long-term success. We provide mentorship, startup guidance, and hands-on support designed to turn creative ideas into thriving businesses.
YouthBiz now operates as a nonprofit organization under the fiscal sponsorship of Fiscal Sponsorship Allies, allowing us to accept tax-deductible donations and expand our impact while we continue growing our programs. This partnership strengthens our mission of making entrepreneurship education accessible to every young person, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Our vision is to remove barriers to opportunity by providing free or low-cost entrepreneurial education, mentorship, resources, and real-world business experiences that empower the next generation of CEOs, innovators, and community leaders.

OUR IMPACT
At Nelly’s Cosmetics, giving back is a core part of who we are. We’re proud to donate 10% of every order placed through our website to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation a cause deeply personal to our founder, Ronnell. This initiative is in honor of her big sister, Daniya Luster, who passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2020. Our hope is that, one day, a cure will be found for this life-altering illness.
In addition to our donations, we also give back in a more personal way. Every year during the month of May around Nelly’s birthday we surprise up to 15 child patients living with cystic fibrosis at Miami Jackson Hospital’s Bachelors Building. These gifts range from toys and decorated socks to age-appropriate makeup and more, just to bring a smile to their faces and let them know they are seen and loved.
